Lessons will be available on Saturdays only. The cost is $20/hr and mileage is $.50/km (to be shared amongst gymnasts) Times are dependent on other facility bookings. If interested please email: athabascaflips@live.ca.
Birthday Parties are now available at FLIPS. You will receive 1.5 hrs of instructed gymnastics time with a certified coach and 1 hr of party time for presents and goodies etc. The cost is $100 for 10 children, $8 for each additional child. Booking times are Saturdays from 1:00-3:30. To book your date, please fill out the following form, sign and return to us:

We are pleased to offer a Moms and Tots program for session 2. These classes will be 45 minute classes for children ages 18 months - 3 years. Proof of age must be attached to the registration form. The dates for these classes are Saturday mornings from January 21 - February 11th. You must register on January 10th, at 7:00 p.m. at the AgriPlex. The cost for this program is $60.
