Service Description

• Renter must pay a $100 booking fee to secure the desired date. This payment will be applied toward the total rental fee. Remainder of fee must be paid upon arrival. • A maximum of 10 kids are included in the booking. A fee of $5 per each participant (including adults) above this limit will be charged to renter. Children under 3 years & their accompanying adult will be considered one participant. Extra participant numbers are determined from the party sign-in sheet. • A $50.00 refundable damage deposit is required. This may be put toward outstanding payment so long as it is not required for damage payment. • FLIPS accepts cash, check, and e-transfer (to purchases@athabascaflips.ca) only. • Every attendant, including adults, must have a properly completed waiver. Participants without waivers will not be allowed to participate. • Athletic clothing is required. Items with zippers, buckles, or buttons are not allowed. Coaches reserve the right to enforce dress code to maintain participant and equipment safety. • The Tumble Track may used if a certified coach is actively supervising. The in-ground and double mini trampolines are unavailable. • Attending adults are responsible for the wellbeing of their participants while on the premises Parents are expected to redirect inappropriate play and/or behavior. • Children under 3 years of age require a one to one adult supervision to ensure safety. This adult cannot be a supervising coach. • Food &drink, with the exception of water, is not allowed in the gym. Consumption is to be in the party lounge or lobby. Alcohol is prohibited at all times. • Any excessive damage done to the FLIPS facility, equipment, or property shall be billed to the renter for either replacement or repair. • Pockets are to be emptied before entering gym. Under no circumstances will FLIPS take responsibility for any lost, missing, damaged or stolen property. • You will be allowed into the facility 15 minutes before your scheduled party time and are expected to vacate 15 minutes after your party is over

Cancellation Policy

Renters & guests must comply with all policies & procedures of Athabasca FLIPS Gymnastics Club (FLIPS). The policies, procedures, & agreement may be amended at FLIPS’s sole discretion. DEPOSITS & FEES: To secure party, renter must pay a $100 booking fee & $50 damage deposit (cash or check in drop box or by e-transfer). This payment will be applied toward the total rental (unless used for damage/mess). A maximum of 10 attendees are included, with a fee of $5 per person above that. TRAMOPLINE USE: The Tumble Track may be used if Trampoline Certified coach is actively supervising the apparatus. Children must be able to move independently. Holding or carrying a child is NEVER allowed on trampolines. No inversions (flips), including into the foam pit. The in-ground trampoline is unavailable for birthday party rentals. Coaches reserve the right to close trampolines at any time. SAFETY & SUPERVISION: FLIPS will provide an appropriate number of coaches to guide guests & ensure safety. Attending adults are responsible for the wellbeing of participants while on the premises & are expected to redirect inappropriate play and/or behavior. Children under age 3 require 1:1 adult supervision. This adult cannot be a coach. FLIPS employs the use of closed circuit cameras in common areas (gym and lobby) for the purpose of safety & security. FOOD & DRINK: Parties are expected to maintain structured gymnastics activities within the definition of sanctioned activities as defined by AGF with the possible consumption of “party food” in a supervised environment within the facility. Food & drink, except water, is not allowed in the gym. Consumption is to be in the party lounge or lobby. Alcohol is prohibited at all times. Please be aware of potential food allergies & take steps to ensure participant safety. FLIPS is not responsible for outside food or drink brought into facility. DAMAGE & EXCESSIVE MESS: Any excessive damage done to the FLIPS facility, equipment, or property shall be billed to the renter for either replacement or repair. Any excessive mess left by party goers will result in the damage deposit not being cashed. Please dispose of waste materials such as diapers, paper towels, trash & beverage containers in the correct receptacles provided.
