This is a coach-led 45 minute structured class for children ages 18 months - 3.5 years.
Children will enjoy playing alongside their caregivers through coach led activities that combine social activities, dance and song with gymnastics to develop age/stage appropriate basic movements, locomotion, motor skills, and social skills. Time will be allotted at the end of class for discovery play time and caregiver/child bonding time.
All participants must have an adult on the floor with them for the entire class. Adults must be one to one with this participant and may not be supervising other children during this time.

Flippin' Terrific is a 1 hour class for 3.5 to 5 year olds that are ready to learn without a caregiver! Children will enjoy independent learning while swinging, rolling, climbing, dancing and playing through structured, coach-led activities. Your gymnast will use age-appropriate equipment to learn rolls, swings, and various movement skills. Children will also work on taking turns, sharing, building social skills, and developing confidence.
If deemed necessary, parent/guardian may be requested to join child on the floor.
