​Waivers and PIPA:
AGF waivers expire on Jun 30 and must be are to be completed again after July 1 for upcoming season (paper or electronic). Members who do not have completed waivers on file WILL NOT be allowed to participate (including caregivers and adults).
*Please note that adults participating in Little Flipper's or Preschool Drop-in are required to completed an Adult Waiver.
​​Registration
Online registration and payment to be completed prior to class. You must create a profile (account) in Jackrabbit to register for classes. Payments are processed on the 1st and 15th of each month (whichever is next) so it is normal to have outstanding amounts until the next processing date.
Volunteer and Fundraising Deposits
FLIPS is a non-profit society that relies heavily on assistance from membership and the community to keep programs sustainable and cost effective. We kindly ask that all families (regardless of number of registrations) give back to the club through volunteer and fundraising initiatives.
Commitment deposits are due the first day of your class. As volunteer hours and fundraising targets are met, FLIPS will credit/refund a portion of the deposit. Members who have not handed in deposits will be considered opt-out and will have the full amounts charged to the credit card on file on the next business day.

Madelyn's Monarchs is an inclusive gymnastics program where exceptional children can spread their wings! We keep these classes small and tailored to the individual. Contact admin@athabascaflips.ca for enrolment information.

Caterpillar Kids
This class is held alone in the gym and features a quiet, comfortable space and low lighting. Caregivers and children will work at their own pace through the coach-led activities and stations. A portion of each class will be allotted for individual exploration and discovery play.

Butterfly Buddies
Butterfly Buddies is the gymnastics class for 6+ years! This usually class shares the gym space with other groups, but on a generally quieter day. Participants will work with the coach through the activities and stations based on the CanGym Artistic Gymnastics classes and Gym Warrior circuits. A portion of each class will be allotted for individual favourite activities (such as trampoline or foam pit). There are multiple skill levels that participants can work through. A progress report may be given at the end of each session. Caretakers or aides are welcome in the class if it makes the participate more comfortable.

High Flyers
High Flyers is the perfect class for older and more independent kiddos! This class shares the gym space during busier times (may be louder or with more distractions.) Flyers may occasionally be invited to join other groups for games and activities (participation with other classes is based on the individual). A portion of each class will be allotted for favourite activities (such as trampoline or foam pit). Skill assessments are not typically provided for this class, but instead use a sticker reward card for each participant.
Cheer Tumbling (Co-ed, Ages 6+ years)
​Perfect for those who want to keep working on tumbling skills in the cheer off-season. This 75 minute class focuses on building-block skills such as cartwheels, roundoffs, and handsprings. Advanced skills can be added as the athletes progress. A portion of each class will be dedicated to appropriate conditioning and flexibility exercises.

Please note that progress is child specific and it may take more than one session to master required skills.

Dance Strength & Flexibility (Co-ed, Ages 6+ years)​
For the dancers! Want higher leaps and tighter lines?
​
This 60 minute class works toward building foundational strength, endurance, power, and flexibility essential for all styles of dance. The combination of strength exercises, active flexibility drills, and challenging cardio using gymnastics equipment and apparatus works the whole body. Don't worry, there is always room for some fun as well.
Please note that progress is child specific and it may take more than one session to master required skills.
