Registration, Waivers and PIPA

Online registration and payment to be completed prior to class. AGF Release of Liability and Personal Information Protection Act forms are to be completed once per season (July 1 to June 30).

 

Electronic forms are preferred (use link at top of page) however paper forms are available at the gym. All minors (under age 18) must have a parent or guardian complete their forms.

Members who do not have completed waivers on file WILL NOT be allowed to participate (including caregivers and adults). 

Volunteer and Fundraising Requirements

On the first day of the session, a one-time transaction equal to the deposit value will be applied to the family’s online account, regardless of number of registrations. Families with both recreational and competitive athletes will be held to the higher value. 

​

Members paying tuition by cash, cheque, or etransfer are required to hand in a physical prepayment deposit or opt-out on or before first class. This deposit will be held until commitments are completed in full OR the end of the session (whichever comes first).  Only the credited portion will be returned to the member.
