Registration, Waivers & PIPA

Online registration and payment to be completed prior to class. AGF Release of Liability and Personal Information Protection Act forms are to be completed once per season (July 1 to June 30).

 

All minors (under age 18) must have a parent or guardian complete their forms.

​

Members who do not have completed waivers on file WILL NOT be allowed to participate (including caregivers and adults).
